When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next day.
How do I take care of my flowerbox?

• Remove dust gently with a feather duster or soft brush from time to time.
• Keep the lid open
• Carry the box with two hands, it’s a delicate piece.
Don’t
• Do not water the flowers.
• Avoid direct sunlight or harsh artificial light.
• Don’t place objects into the blooms; pressure can dent or damage them.
• Don’t remove the flowers from the box; they’re secured to look their best.
• Prevent direct contact with light-colored fabrics or porous surfaces to avoid potential staining.
With proper care, your arrangement can stay beautiful for up to 3 year, no watering and minimal upkeep needed.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@Flowersandco.nl with photos of the issue. We’ll work together to find a suitable solution.
Can I return my order?
Every Flowers & Co arrangement is created to order and finished by hand for the recipient. We prepare and package each box with care so it arrives in Perfect condition.
Because our pieces are bespoke (and often personalised), we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges.
If something isn’t right on arrival, we’ll make it right. Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the arrangement and packaging.
